Hillary's Bad Memory Bad for All

"You know, I think that, a minor blip, you know, if I said something that, you know, I say a lot of things -- millions of words a day -- so, if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement."

At an event last week in Washington, Clinton said she and her crew landed in an "evasive maneuver under sniper fire." She seemed to recall this, no doubt, traumatic event clearly, "There was supposed to be some sort of greeting ceremony, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles." Accounts from other members of her "crew" are quite different and this represents far more than a simple misstatement.

Senator Clinton is in the middle of an extensive job interview. The job is that of our Commander-in-Chief, the President of the United States of America. If any common citizen were to misstate so blatantly their experience during a job interview the interview would end and the job would not be offered. Are we to believe she simply misspoke due to the fact she says a lot of things or does this indicate more deeply much of the memories of her experiences are fabricated?

The Clinton Campaign will attack any who want to focus on this latest event which shows her true character. According to her campaign communications director, Howard Wolfson, "This is something that the Obama campaign wants to push 'cause they have nothing positive to say about their candidate.'' Wrong Mr. Wolfson, this needs to be pushed because it directly speaks to her willingness to lie about events in her past in an effort to bolster her stature for a job her actions clearly indicate she does not deserve. Had there been any such worries regarding the landing in Bosnia the CIA would not have allowed the plane to land. Had there been any truth in either her spoken account last week or her slightly less embellished recollection in her book, Living History, she and daughter Chelsea would have been kept far from the dangers.

The story she told her audience last week was clear in her mind at the time she was addressing them. If this simply indicates her memory is really that bad it is not good for any of us should she become our President. If, as is more likely, she clearly believed she could spin such a different tale than the actual events it directly speaks to a character also not good for any of us should she become our President. It should also be a warning to those who have elected her as their Senator.

The only thing we should now hear from her campaign is they are closing down the efforts to secure this position because they are not qualified to lead our nation. Senator Clinton do yourself and the rest of America a favor and keep your lies to yourself and leave the interview process. Voters, it is time we demand more truth from our candidates for if they are willing to spin such tall tales now how are you going to trust them once they take office?

Liar Liar Pants on Fire!!

It turns out that Clinton didn't "MISSPEAK"

She was READING her speech when she said:

"I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base"

Look at the speech on her website and you'll see that that LIE was in her prepared remarks!!!

How can you say you "MISSPOKE" if you are READING the lines?

If Hillary is MISS POKE, does that make Bill MR POKE?
