Rush's mouth Rush Limbaugh goes on a rampage to try and keep himself on TV.by Derek Walter

Rush Limbaugh was on television Wednesday proclaiming victory for his alleged insurgent strategy to undermine the Democratic nomination by telling his mindless cattle, er, listeners, to crossover on Tuesday's primaries and vote for Hillary. Part of his rationale, as he explained to Fox News, was to do the same to Democrats that they supposedly did to the GOP.
This may be extraordinarily untypical, but Rush is way off base. It is Democrats in record numbers who are impacting their own primaries, turning out millions of more voters to the polls than Republicans. Perhaps is what is really worrying Rush is that his influence on the GOP is waning. When Republicans won control of the House in 1994, Rush was credited with creating the conservative voting wave and gave a high-profile speech to freshmen members of Congress.
Now despite a barrage of negativity from Rush and the talk radio tribunal of Laura Ingraham, Anne Coulter, and other geniuses, McCain still won. And he did so without kowtowing to their narrow ideology. He is his own man; conservative, yet open to working with others and doing what is right. Now wouldn't THAT be "change we can believe in."

Not only did I listen, but I watched the interview described. How is McCain conservative? Please. He is one of the most ardent opponents of earmark spending and has a consistent record on conservative issues. Only blowhards like Limbaugh and Glenn Beck have taken issue with his conservatism.
This article is nothing more than one erroneous opinion stacked upon another.
Studies are being released nearly every day that reveal that Republicans have, in fact turned the tide for Mrs. Clinton. Because of Rush's courageous "Operation Chaos" Clinton and Obama are still tearing each other down and may continue to tear each other apart on into the summer.
It is only too bad Rush didn't have the courage to support the most conservative Republican candidate when it might've made a difference in the primary. So, now, without having to endorse McCain, Rush is actually helping the anti-con get elected.
As for McCain being conservative...what a joke. McCain and boy wonder, Sen. Grahmnesty, singlehandedly sabotaged the nomination of conservative judges with his "gang of fourteen." His violation of free speech and affiliation with George Soros to pass McCain/Feingold; his violation of the rule of law by granting amnesty to millions of lawbreakers with McCain/Kennedy; his support for global warming taxes and his opposition to tax cuts...before supporting them, now, leave clear thinking people to conclude that McCain is anything other than a conservative.
