I just finished reading an excellent, and serious analysis of just how goofily improbable the scenario of the red phone really is, by Hooman Majd.
Then I started thinking (not nearly as seriously) of my own reasons. So here goes, to tell Hillary that:
Her morning meeting with POTUS Ron Paul would be postponed again.
Only POTUS Obama was supposed to have a red phone; her VEEP phone will be removed at 8am.
Bubba is playing in the Oval Office -- with an intern -- with cigars and mints.
Only POTUS Obama was supposed to have a red phone; her Junior Senator from NY phone will be removed at 8am.
Her GMA interview with Diane Sawyer was bumped by news of a new ZZ Top CD release.
Her phone sex partner had unexpectedly come down with laryngitis.
One of her Secret Service guys (for former candidates) had lost a bet.
Sorry, wrong number.
