ANARCHISTS UNITE

A brief exposition of the tricks the current system uses to enslave us - one of the reasons Ron Paul wants to take us back to strict constitutionality

There's lots of debate on this site regarding the difficulties of getting the libertarian (small l) point of view across to Joe Average voter. This article offers some of (my) points of view on the subject and will maybe result in a meaningful debate.

I'll not go on a rant about the media blackout on Ron Paul and his followers - the reasons are quite obvious - the MSM is owned essentially by four or five corporations, and the likes of Ron Paul is anathema to them.

The reasons for our difficulties go back about a century or more, with a well-thought -out plan for the ultimate goal - a world government based on a Global Plantation model. The plan came into being in the nineteenth century with Cecil Rhodes, following the footsteps of Karl Marx. Rhodes left a legacy of financing the "elites" who will implement the plan (Bill Clinton is a typical example of a beneficiary of his plan). We'll not belabor the details of this plan, but suffice it to say that it includes of establishing a "progressive income tax", dumbing down of the populace, destroying the morals of the nation and other such (if you need details, search out the steps in the Communist Manifesto, circa 1850). You will find that most of the 10 steps have been achieved. As an example, the system we use to teach children to read, the so-called "look-say" system was fostered on us by Dewey in mid century, and since then, we have been graduating kids that can't read their diploma (I volunteer in one of the local primary schools, teaching 4th graders to sing and have hard evidence that; these fourth-graders, at least, can't really read yet) (4th grade!).

Some of the reasons we have arrived at this point, without the checks and balances our founding fathers envisioned being triggered are as follows:

First of all, we need to understand the distinction between "lawful" and "legal". For a long time, I have been one of the ones who insists that "We are a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy". In reality, the latter is more accurate. The "loophole" our founding fathers put into the Constitution is the 18th power enumerated in Article 1, Section 8, to wit:To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature for the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings; And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution of the foregoing Powers. BTW, I note that the majority of the land in Oregon is owned by the Feds.  Thus, we really have two governments, one for the entire country, and one for federal zones. The "federal" one is a "democracy".

Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution preserves the right of individuals to "contract". In general (the details are a lot of research that is too long to detail here, though I may make it the subject of a future article). We have been duped to "contract" with the (corporate) democracy in Washington to be government "employees", whose "income" is subject to the federal income tax, not subject to the Constitution's limitations. We and our employers, "volunteer" to pay this tax - our employers file a form that says we are liable to the tax and we volunteer for it. In fact, our employers are committing a felony in doing this, but we don't challenge it. All in all, this is very "legal", because under that system, the presumption is that unless someone objects, this is the desired contract. In essence, we give the Feds the jurisdiction over us, by contract, all nice and legal.

On the other hand, if we insist on our personal sovereignty, that system has no jurisdiction over us, but it takes a lot of tricky manoeuvering, to establish that their attempted control over us is unlawful as defined by the supreme law of the land. To keep this short, the democracy which the tyranny imposes on us, operating on the commercial code, now implemented in all states, with our unwitting consent, is the matter of the "straw man" that "represents" us in the (admiralty) tribunals we subject ourselves to, and by our consent has subjected us to the jurisdiction of the (admiralty law).

An example at the State level might further some understanding. Each State has a Motor Vehicle Code. As Sovereign Citizens, we have the right to travel on "public roads". The States have a right to regulate commerce. The term "driver" refers to one who "drove" the cattle to its commercial destination. A sovereign Citizen is not a "driver" in the commercial sense, since she is traveling on private "business", and the State has no jurisdiction over her. However, this sovereign Citizen applies to the State for a "driver's license" and the State agrees, fulfilling the elements of a contract, now binding on both. In other words, this sovereign Citizen has delegated her jurisdiction in the matter to the State.

In this same way, we volunteer for the "income tax", even though "income" as defined in the tax code (cleverly hidden) does not include wages for labor.

If there are enough "thumbs" and comments on this article, I will see that maybe it's timely to unleash some of the many-faceted research I have done on this subject. Suffice it to conclude that there is enough manipulation of law and the "color of law" to justify before our supposed system of justice the impositon a terrible injustice on the hapless majority.

I gave Ivan a thumb & make this comment.

Other tricks are much simpler and more widespread than those you have mentioned.  For evidence please see here: http://www.nolanchart.com/author271.html
