Mainstream Media Bias In The Presidential Primaries Unveiled By It's Very Own

Mainstream media bias in the Presidential Primaries is unveiled by its very own NPR.

I almost decided to boycott NPR after it had failed on MANY occasions to mention Ron Paul as a candidate while going through every single other candidate's story after story about the primaries, but this is quite remarkable.

This goes for all lesser-known candidates like Dennis Kucinich, Tom Tancredo, Duncan Hunter, etc. and to a lesser degree Mike Huckabee.  Ron Paul's censorship in particular in the Mainstream Media (MSM) is vindicated in full here...so anyone claiming RP fans are just whining need to sit up and pay attention now:

"A Roundtable on Campaign Coverage"

[link edited for length]

At about the 5:30 mark listen to Andrew's question (Andrew is an RP supporter from Iowa) and Tom Rosenstiel's answer. Tom is the Director for the Project of Excellence in Journalism ([link edited for length]). Here is part of Tom's answer:

"It raises obviously one of the fundamental questions: is press coverage a self-fulfilling prophecy? Can a candidate who doesn’t get press coverage win votes, or do you need the exposure, the oxygen of attention? Last week, the week before Super Tuesday, the coverage that ended Feb. 3, Ron Paul was a significant or primary figure in zero (that's ZERO) percent of the stories that we analyzed, 600 stories across 48 different news outlets.  Andrew is correct in suggesting that the press has discounted the chances of Ron Paul having any success. ...There is no doubt, it’s an objective fact, that the press has decided Ron Paul is not a viable candidate."

This is pure vindication straight from the mouth of the MSM.  It's a little late for the admission now that the prophecy of the MSM is being fulfilled before our eyes.

Spread the word to all doubters and all MSM friends who have been hoodwinked by the media and their darlings like McCain, Obama, and Hillary.

The Project for Excellence in Journalism monitors 48 different news outlets each week for its New Index including the NY Times, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, NPR, among many others.  A complete listing of its News Index can be found here:

Here is what the mainstream media looked like in its coverage of the candidates a couple of weeks BEFORE Super Tuesday, a day in which about half of the states primaries occur and a day that is largely responsible for the determination of our next President:

This information summarizes statistically what most of us Ron Paul supporters already know.  What we don't know, is what we can do about it.  Sure, we are angry.  The American Public has been deceived by the Main Stream Media, and when we Ron Paul supporters tell our friends and family this, we appear to be paranoid, yet these numbers, week after week, prove we are not.

Combine talk of media censorship with mention of the CFR, and most normal Americans think we are the nutjobs, when we are the few (millions) who are actually aware of the reality that dominates their very lives and futures...

Good catch Z. I will probably use this later to debunk naysayers.

I don't like Ron Paul at all...but I didn't realize people were actually claiming that Ron Paul got equal media coverage.

By the way, what does "CFR" stand for?

CFR = Council on Foreign Relations. Unexamined by the news media, unelected by the people, and way too influential.

The CFR is a somewhat shadowy force working with and within the inner sanctum of Federal Government.

That's about as nicely as I can put it, and I still probably sound like a conspiracy nut. But mind you the only "research" I've done on the CFR has been on the wikipedia entry, and that alone was enough to make me want to do something "crazy" to try and draw media attention to this cloakroom globalist organization that has so much influence on our way of life.  To bad the sunshine laws don't apply to organizations outside our government right?

Wake Up, or You Will Die Homeless and Hungry
Most people are just like those in Nazi Germany under Hitler, some see the evil affecting others, but will ignore it until it's too late, but a majority of Americans are as uninformed as a box of rocks because they rely on the controlled media propaganda for information. Our media is really amazing, run by Liberals who do not have a clue that their liberal leaders are communists and their corporate employers are Fascists, with no loyalty to any country......

Obama's Global Tax Proposal Up for Senate Vote
A nice-sounding bill called the “Global Poverty Act,” sponsored by Democratic presidential candidate and Senator Barack Obama, is up for a Senate vote on Thursday and could result in the imposition of a global tax on the United States. The bill, which has the support of many liberal religious groups, makes levels of U.S. foreign aid spending subservient to the dictates of the United Nations.........

Most People Don't Want to Hear the Truth
Finally there are people who don't want to look at the elephant even though it's standing on their foot. We all have plenty of these people in our lives. When told about something like the NAIS with all of its effects on choice for consumers, loss of rural jobs and businesses, privacy issues, consolidation of agriculture and effects on property rights, they say things like "I want to be sure my burger is free from terrorism." These people will trade your real liberty for their false sense of security in a heartbeat. They think they get the truth from the evening news, believe that you can't understand issues without a doctorate, and that the government gives us rights. They are absolutely sure there are no absolutes.........

Oppose Retroactive Immunity for Telecommunications Companies

As we have pointed out numerous times over the past year, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) effectively gives the Executive Branch of the federal government a blank check to eavesdrop on telephone calls and e-mail messages between foreign countries and the United States.

These warrantless wiretaps are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects Americans against unreasonable searches and seizures, and requires that any searches be conducted only upon issuance of a warrant under conditions of probable cause.

The Executive Branch and the largest telecommunications companies have been working for many years in almost complete secrecy, with no oversight and no recognition of legal limits, to spy on Americans, first in the name of the War on Drugs, and then in the name of the War on Terror.

Despite the blatant illegality of their actions,

To Charles...above ,asked

By the way, what does "CFR" stand for?

Council on Foreign Relations IS a Marxist group in New York. Also, Clinton, Obama, Huckster, McCain, and many, many, many news media reporters are also members of this Marxist group. Here is a link please follow.

CFR Council Of Foreign Relations How They CONTROL THE MEDIA

What REALLY troubles me is that we have SUCH  UNINFORMED VOTERS , VOTING THESE PEOPLE INTO OFFICE. By the way sir, RON PAUL IS NOT A MEMBER OF THIS GROUP!!! And the rest of us are going to suffer because of the UNINFORMED VOTERS!!

Sorry, I figured CFR was some weird acronym you guys use like "MSM." After reading the Wikipedia article, the best response would've been, "CFR = Council on Foreign Relations, an influential foreign policy think tank in New York." Instead you sounded like fools spouting out "OOOH IT'S MARXIST."
