Who Will Lead the LP? Paul's presidential camp has given up. But have you? I, personally, cannot vote for McCain, Clinton, OR Obama. My conscience forbids it. So I've got 8 months to kill.by Carter Braxton

I guess it WAS rigged. All those folks who told me he couldn't make it WERE right.
We can't vote our freedoms back (because the system won't allow it). So we're all supposed to accept it and move on. 30 More Years of Slavery and then MAYBE they'll let us PRETEND to vote on it again. BULLSHIT.
I'm FED UP. I've had ENOUGH. The New World Order can KISS MY ASS.
My guns are clean and shiny. If they want to confiscate my lead they can have it. One piece at a time.
My children don't have time for any more voting. The microchips and DNA scans are here ALREADY
If WE don't make this a free country then it won't be one. NOTHING is going to get better if we all go home. PLEASE STAY INVOLVED. Run for office as a libertarian or republican, or in any non-partisan local race (local assembly / school board / commission).
VOTE. SERVE ON JURIES EVERY CHANCE YOU GET. STOP AND WATCH EVERY TIME YOU SEE THE POLICE MESSING WITH SOMEBODY.
The time is NOW. And the one with the responsibility is YOU.

Ice, I feel the frustration. First you say you give up, its over and then you end with a plea for people to run for office and vote. Take your own advice...keep active. As a side note, Paul's camp has not given up the fight for liberty...

I voice my support for your statement that I also cannot vote for McCain, Obama, or Clinton. A vote for any of those candidates is a vote against liberty.
Ice, you express the frustration, anger and confusion that many of us feel.
My only choice now is to...
1. Not vote - that sucks, why don't I just crawl in a hole and die. On the other hand, if it is true that elections are rigged then voting is a diversion and a waste of time and money.
2. Vote for the Constitution Party candidate - It would be nice if they really were "the Constitution" party, but they are more like the "Christian Right" party. That may be fine with some people - but not with me.
3. Vote for the Libertarian Party candidate - I think this is the only worthwhile use of my vote. In the event that Dr. Paul does not win the candidacy, I would love to see the LP get a huge boost. (btw, I am not a member of any party, thankfully Alabama does not force me to join a political party)
Being on the Republican train is really starting to give me road-rash.
