 Saturday, February 9th

I'm reaching out to all of you fine folks in the great state of Washington this morning. It is not too late today to make an important difference for liberty!Washington State Seal - courtesy Wikipedia

The Republican party has given you the shaft, John "Shaft" McCain. It's high time to show them just who runs America. It's past time to merely sit back and take it from a renegade mediocracy.

Dr. Ron Paul is still very much in this race for the White House. He has been fighting tirelessly for liberty on multiple fronts, including seeking to maintain his congressional seat for his home district in the state of Texas.

Dr. Paul is not quitting the fight for freedom. He has said this:

"With Romney gone, the chances of a brokered convention are nearly zero. But that does not affect my determination to fight on, in every caucus and primary remaining, and at the convention for our ideas, with just as many delegates as I can get."

To the end of gaining as many delegates for freedom as possible, here is some important information from the Ron Paul 2008 Campaign:

  1. You do not need to join the Republican Party before casting your ballot or attending your caucus.
  2. Any registered voter can sign the oath, cast a ballot, and attend their local Republican caucus.
  3. You must attend your local precinct caucus. Be sure you’re at the correct precinct caucus.
  4. It’s best for someone else to nominate you as a delegate, but you can also nominate yourself
  5. If you can’t attend, make arrangements for another attendee to nominate you as a delegate.
  6. We are at the caucus to elect delegates. You must stay for the entire meeting to help us win.
  7. You DO NOT need a voter ID card or drivers license to attend. Just bring whatever ID you have.

If you are already a Ron Paul supporter, I hope you will attend and even lead your caucus today, and if possible become a delegate to the GOP convention. Your efforts and presence could make a great difference! There are many Americans, as yet sleeping, depending on YOU!Mt. Rainier

More important information is available for you to download and print - please go to the Ron Paul 2008 website Washington page.

Whether or not Ron Paul achieves the Republican nomination, it is essential that we help his message of freedom and prosperity to continue to reach a wider audience. The only way we will take back our country is for the freedom message to spread like wildfire! Our children and grandchildren need us to press on!

Remember, Dr. Paul has done especially well in caucus states where his supporters have been able to personally convey the message to their fellow Americans. Washington, we're counting on you to do your part today! Godspeed!

This could be our best shot at a gold.  Bring your bumbershoot and be nice to the Romney people.

God Bless.

Lars, I'm really tired of seeing your spam. Why is the admin here letting you get away with it? Because you "appear" to be a Ron Paul supporter? You are taking advantage of true Ron Paul supporters.

I definitely wish I could've voted today.. the mountain passes were closed so I couldn't get to my precinct from school. But I sat in on the Ellensburg Caucus. The results were:

McCain - 43

Huckabee - 27

Ron Paul - 26

Undecided - 19

Mitt Romney - 10

I'm not positive on the undecided vote count, but the other ones are correct as I recall. I hope the rest of the state turns out good.
