What better way to stimulate the economy could there be than to use your $600 government welfare check to help Ron Paul into the White House? by Alex Wallenwein

Remember the phrase "Pay it Forward"?
There was never a better chance to "pay it forward" than now.
George Bush and all the other folks who so famously cooperated in messing up our economy have devised an ingenious "stimulus package" to get the economy going again - or at least to pretend to be doing something about it.
The experts (not that they really matter) pretty much agree that it is "too late, too little" to avert the coming recession, but it is a HUGE gift from Georgieboy to the Ron Paul Campaign.
All we have to do is give him our government stimulus welfare checks when they come in the mail - or earlier, since we already know they are coming, and Ron Paul's campaign can have another $60 Million in a flash to fight all the way through to the convention. (107,000 Meetup members, minus probably 7,000 who are "maxed out", times $600 - equals $60,000,000 friggin' dollars!)
The funniest thing about it will be that it'll all be financed
by the very powers who so desperately want to
keep him out of office!
I can just see the new web site pop up, links being distributed across the Internet at lightning speed: RonPaulStimulusBomb.com! Ha! That would be hilarious.
Naturally, the government will try to delay the issuance of the checks until it's too late, once they find out how we are going to put it to use - but why? Isn't the whole thing designed to stimulate the economy? I can imagine no better way to stimulate the economy than to help Ron Paul get into the White House.
Just imagine: No income taxes. Corporate investment and personal consumption going throught the roof. No IRS, no interest payments to the Federal Reserve, no funding for foreign-controlled NAFTA superhighways, no more wasted trillions propping up the empiure abroad, hundreds of thousands of US military personnel spending their paychecks here at home instead of abroad, only a minimum of regulations, and on, and on, and on ...
And, not to forget, gold and silver, tax free, in full circulation as a shrinking-dollar currency alternative, leading to a 100 percent stable currency that cannot be manipulated by anyone at least not without the help of the US government.
Now THAT's what I call an economic stimulus!
Let's get to it, folks. The package has just passed the Senate, and Bush has promised to sign it next week. Once he does, don't wait for the check in the mail. Pay it forward, right then and there.
(By the way, this wasn't my idea. It was brought to my attention by a poster to my most recent article "Romney Quits, Ron Paul Fights On.". I'm just framing the issue a bit more in detail.)
So, for America, for Liberty, and for your and your kids' future ...
Pay it forward!

The stimulus check money bomb is a great idea, but it should go for the general election as a third party candidate, not be wasted on a Republican nomination that is basically out of reach now.
A third party bid with $60 million in the bank could not be ignored. The money bomb might be even bigger, since all of Ron Paul's maxed out donors (like me) could start over with another $2300 for the general.
People need to stop this 3rd party talk. It's a scam. Wake up and realize this has been what mainstream media has been pushing for. For this very reason real Paul supporters should realize since this is what the corrupt people want, is exactly the reason we need to understand 3rd party would equal loss of the whitehouse.
He has a better chance to win the GOP then people realize.
Pull the wool out of your eyes America.
I have to agree with shohadaku that Ron Paul still has a chance to win the nomination. Remember, THE NOMINEE IS NAMED IN SEPTEMBER despite what CNN/Fox/MSM say.
Like it or not, Ron Paul is one of the final 3 Republicans and has only two men in front of him for the nomination.
Great idea! I'll be contributing anyway, altho I won't be receiving my "stimulus" check -- the IRS says I owe them $9,000 from 12 years ago for 1 year (their assessment -- about 1/2 of my yearly salary at the time) and I had to pay $900 to a CPA to remove the wage levy order....
So, Ron Paul, we need you more than ever! I am becoming a delegate for my state & everyone else should too! With money and delegates, we'll get you into the White House!
Much Love for Ron Paul and NO other candidate will do.
Hey Alex, Trevor didn't actually say anything, I haven't heard back from him. I didn't mean to be a total loser and be like "that's my idea." I just am really happy that it's out there. It looks like it might be too little too late unless Dr. Paul runs as an independent (fingers crossed). The first thing I thought of when I heard about the stimulus package was turning the filthy fiat money of the gov't back on itself and supporting Paul with it. It would be beautiful to see one hundred thousand people donate their $600 free dollars to Dr. Paul. It doesn't take a huge amount of math to realize that that is an enormous amount of money. Keep up the good fight!
Eric, Trevor is Trevor Lyman, the guy who put together the money bombs.

Hey Tim, I think Eric Nordstrom knows full well who Trevor Lyman is. If Lyman used your idea and did not give you credit, its not the first time. The money bomb idea was stolen by Trevor from Mr. Nordstrom and the video by Jesse(?) Trevor, it appears, turned out to be quite a little opportunist and was doing all this for his own endeavors.
A friend of mine just asked me to look into this yesterday and this is what I have found thus far.
So, you did in fact send this idea to Trevor a couple weeks before he came out with it as his own?
If you can send me your full story, and last name if you are willing, to... orwellsghost@gmail.com and I will get your story into the right hands.

Mid October 2007, Jesse Elder coined the word "moneybomb". Eric Nordstrom promoted Elder's concept with a website called http://www.ronpaulmoneybomb.com. Soon after and quite independantly, James Sugra, a you tube videographer inspired Trevor Lyman to put up the November5th website, the moneybomb concept having already been established within the Ron Paul community, layed the ground work for the success of Lyman's project, thus the use of the word "moneybomb" associated with the November 5th event. The success of the moneybombs should not be layed at the feet of one or two people, the success of the moneybombs should be placed at the feet of thousands of people who all came together and decided to act in unison. Tim, great idea, put up a website and sound the trumpets.
