Second, the Wall Street Journal is not exactly a minor publication. The MSM is clearly ignoring Ron Paul because many elements of the MSM have nothing to gain by promoting his message. The WSJ probably sees Paul's economic policy choices as intelligent and prudent.
Third, note the article gets everything right and places him in a pretty good light. This is not like most MSM mentions where, if the do bring up Paul, it's in a grudging manner and usually gets things wrong.
Fourth, and finally, note that Alaska is repreentative of the kind of states that will support Dr. Paul strongly -- isolated and not the main-line America, but with a different "focus" on certain values.
My conclusions from this, that are valid going forward from today?
MSM exposure must come from MSM outlets that basically agree with some element of Paul's message. MSM outlets that have more to gain from a McCain / Romney / Obama / Clinton presidency (in terms of news stories, scandals, things to sell) than a Paul presidency won't support him.
Secondary MSM groups, particularly economic / financial ones who follow Austrian School and not American School economics, will be valuable in placing the message in the public eye where it can be picked up and blogged/digged etc
Ron Paul wil not win Super Duper Tuesday. He will probably win one or two states? and get a lot of third or even fourth place finishes in the rest. I can't imagine this will actually be a brokered convention, McCain and Romney are corrupt enough to go into cahoots together on this, with Milt's money backing McCain.
I wish everyone to have a good voting day and vote what your intellect and concious tells you is the correct choice for President.

Well, how nice of the Wall Street Journal to finally notice that Ron Paul is a candidate. Better late than never, I guess, given that it's Super Tuesday. Marginally better, anyway.
The campaign has been pressing hard in MN and AK as well as a few other smaller markets. I think your analysis of the outcome is on-target. It is good to see some MSM discussing Dr. Paul in a positive light. The bottom line is the primary dog and pony show is owned by the two-party oligarchy and its tough for anyone not bowing to them to get a word in but small cracks in a dam spell trouble in the long haul. Thanks for the article!
Ron Paul's Hindenburg is about to land!!!!! This is only the start of Main Stream Libertarianism. We need to infiltrate the department of education. We need to defeat Liberal Statism if we ever want to win elections. People are too stupid to realize that we are right and accurate. The institutions that we must come to terms with are:
1. Religion
2. Environmentalism
3. Anti-Drug Crowd
4. Anti-Free Speech crowd
5. Socialism and Economic Illiteracy (don't talk about hard money until everyone has been converted)
It will take us atleast 50 years to accomplish this maybe longer. Ron Paul may have been a great boost, but he is not our last hope.
It took 12 years for Reagan to emerge and young people look on the Old Media with derision. The problem being, the country may be placed into the dustbin of history before the young people have a chance to get in positions of power to thwart the Marxist takeover.
