When the campaign released the official news regarding the size of crowds showing up to support Ron Paul in Colorado yesterday I started looking through major media telecasts to report it. I saw coverage of rallies by 5 candidates on several channels but I must have missed the coverage on these two wonderful events. In an effort to help spread the word beyond the silence of TV and standard news coverage here is the press release.
As you read this perhaps you are still undecided. Seeing the large numbers of people still listening to the candidate the press would rather not be heard it may me time to at least investigate his full platform. If you haven't studied his economic plan yet you must do this but be prepared for real straight-talk on this and all other issues.
DENVER, COLORADO - Tonight, Republican presidential candidate and Texas Congressman addressed a crowd of approximately 2,100 supporters and undecided primary voters at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
Earlier in the day, Dr. Paul addressed a crowd of approximately 400 at Guiseppe's Old Depot Restaurant in Colorado Springs.
"Dr. Paul's message of freedom, peace and prosperity is resonating with voters here in Colorado," said Carl Bruning, Colorado state coordinator for Ron Paul 2008.
Dr. Paul is one of two Republicans actively campaigning in the state. The campaign is running television and radio ads in Colorado, and has offices in Denver, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs.
