I had originally planned to publish here today the third article in my series on the state secrets privilege which has been used by past administration to hide embarrassing government cover-ups from court-based investigations. This third article is about the most recent history of the state secrets privilege as used by the Bush administration.
Certain information has come to my attention which will not be fully available to me until later this week. For that reason, I am delaying the publication of the third article. I ask my readers to be patient and to watch this website on Thursday or Friday of this week for the next installment. It's possible that the delay might even take me into next week, although I will do everything I can to prevent that from happening.
I must stress that this is information that will demonstrate that the Bush administration is working against America's best interests rather than for those best interests. Beyond that, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait until the next article is released. The information you will receive will be well worth the wait. Thank you in advance for your patience.
