A Letter to Sean Hannity

All we wanted was a fair shake from the MSM, and all we got was alienated and laughed at.

I only caught about fifteen minutes of Sean Hannity's radio show, on 1/31/08, but that fifteen minutes really made a huge impression on me.

In these fifteen minutes, Sean was attempting to make a point by stating that John McCain was 'liberal,' to which, I agree with Sean, completely. He then goes on to make an arguement that if it was down to a two-man race (Romney and McCain), on the Republican side, he could see a swing, by the voters, to the more conservative Mitt Romney. Again, I agree with Sean Hannity. But where Sean, Rush, Fox News, other MSM and pundits have made a major mistake is that they continued to dismiss, discredit and laugh at Ron Paul. They ignored and marginalized a true, patriotic, conservative candidate. A candidate that stood by Ronald Reagan, in 1976, when the rest of the Republican field backed a more 'liberal' candidate. (Sound familiar?) Ron Paul, a candidate that upholds the same conservative principles that Reagan pushed to the fore-front of the conservative movement. You, Sean, laughed at Ron Paul and his supporters and now you want Dr. Paul (and Mike Huckabee) to drop out so that "true" conservatives would be forced to go out and vote for Mitt Romney? It is far too late for that, Mr. Hannity.

I, along with many other Ron Paul supporters, will go out and vote for Ron Paul, in the Primaries. I, along with many other Ron Paul supporters, will vote for him in the General Election, regardless if Ron Paul's on the ballot or not. Because I, along with many other disgruntled voters, am sick of voting for the "lesser of two evils." We, THE PEOPLE, are noticing the way you, Fox News, and the rest of the MSM use your power of manipulation and propoganda to promote, or, in the case of Dr. Ron Paul, dismiss and limit the coverage of support for our candidate.

How is that free speech, Sean?

We will be casting our votes for Ron Paul as a protest vote to your manipulations. A vote against the way the media neglects the truth and reports the facts the way they see it; not the way it truely appears. And if that means we, the Ron Paul supporters, hand the Republican nomination to John McCain, so be it. If that means a Democrat becomes the President, so be it. Because it will NOT be said that a truely conservative, freedom-loving, anti-big government, non-intervention group of people did not stand up to the establishment,...to the strains of big government and to the slow erosion of our civil liberties.

If you wanted our votes, Sean (as well as Romney or McCain), you should not have laughed at the core of individuals that still want to uphold the Constitution and promote the ideals of Reaganism. You should have given Ron Paul a chance...a "Fair and Balanced" chance. You have no one to blame but yourself!

Sean Hanity is an emotional conservative. He opposed the Dubai Ports deal, because a bunch of evil "Arabs" live there. Maybee Sean has never been to Dubai it is the Arabic version of the United States. It is as if Sean had no clue that Rush supported the Dubai Ports deal, hell a UK based company owned the ports that the UAE company was trying to buy.

Nice work. Now we need an organized means of communicating our collective disapproval of the MSM's disgusting  treatment of this fine man.  Any ideas?
