Treason in Louisiana Presidential election! Governor Jindal ran on the platform of cleaning up corruption in Louisiana. I believe him. Now he can prove it. The Louisiana Caucus held around the state of Louisiana, was apparently set up to get delegates for John McCain for President!by Harry Tugwell

As Glenn Beck says, "Here is how I got there".
I am a staunch supporter for Ron Paul for President. I attended when Ron Paul spoke on Monday January 21 at the Holiday Inn in Shreveport.
That was the first time I heard that there would be a caucus held in Louisiana on Tuesday January 22 (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BEING HELD THE NEXT DAY) at Bossier City Centrytel arena, and other places in Louisiana, and that we needed to turn out to vote between 5pm and 8pm in support of Ron Paul.
You would think that this would have been advertised more, with a clear understanding of when it was going to be held, what the rules were, and how you could vote to support your candidate.
When I got there, the only instructions handed out, said to vote for all the candidates in your district, and they had a list of the delegates for the two districts. There was no hint or indication of who each candidate supported. (I still have my copy)
I began talking to the people running the caucus. None of them could tell me how the process was being run. No one seemed to know anything. Everyone was confused! I began talking to other voters who came in. They were as confused as I was. Being a firm supporter of Dr. Paul, I was determined to find out what was going on.
I then talked to two of the young delegates who were there. They were real nice, young men. I questioned them and one delegate told me the following:
If a republican candidate should get over 50% of the vote, all of the "uncommitted delegates" being voted on tonight, were obligated to vote for that candidate when the delegates vote. He said if no candidate gets 50% of the primary vote, then they could vote for any republican candidate they wanted to!
I asked him? Does this mean I could vote here today and I could actually cause a candidate I do not want to be President to be elected the Republican Presidential nominee. He said yes, unless your candidate gets over 50% of the vote. (that is not likely to happen, especially with the mass media censorship and this type of finagling going on). I decided to leave and not vote.I ran into 5 people when leaving, and told them my story, and that their vote could help a candidate they did not want in office. 4 of them were Ron Paul supporters and seemed to understand and were very concerned. 2 said they were going in and would talk to others about it. 2 turned around and left without voting as I did.
The last guy I told my story to, said he was going to vote anyway and he was a McCain supporter. What did he know that I didn't?
We need support to get this investigated IMMEDIATELY. We need to contact Moon Griffon, a Louisiana talk show host from Monroe, Louisiana, and get him to talk about it on his radio show. I hope he can get the attention of the new Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, and get Bobby to investigate.
Both Moon and Governor Jindal are staunch supporters of cleaning up Louisiana corruption.
It seems to me that someone behind this "misleading intentional delusion", should be prosecuted under the RICO statute, if it can be proven!
It seems that this would be a perfect "first case" for Governor Jindal. . THIS MUST HAVE BEEN AN INTENTIONAL SETUP:
1) The caucus was not timely advertised.
2) Even Ron Paul thought we should vote in his support, and had not been told the caucus details.
3) The uncommitted delegates, were predominately "John McCain" supporters. This is evident from articles and information currently being posted all over the Internet.
4) This is also obvious, since they are stating that "John McCain won the Louisiana Caucus" No Way.
5) No one at the Bossier caucus knew what was going on and could not even intelligently answer my questions.
6) No instruction sheet was issued at the caucus, except one saying "WIN one for the Gipper (I didn't even know he was running) and saying to vote for "all" the delegates in your district. It didn't even say which areas were covered in each district.
7) This had to be intentionally misleading. Surely Louisiana politics are not this "DUMB ASSED"
I HAD QUIT CURSING. RON PAUL CENSORSHIP AND MANIPULATION IS CAUSING ME TO CURSE AGAIN.
I Pledge to quit cursing again, and exert that energy to support for Ron Paul for President.
I am asking every Ron Paul supporter to get behind me on this!

The Ron Paul supporters were organized much better in Lake Charles but the result was the same. Even leaving the Ron Paul blackout issue aside for a minute It is a sham to think most of the republicans wanted to vote "uncommitted". I believe Villere and his corrupt henchmen planned it that way so he could manipulate the election any way he wanted. Even in a third world country (like Louisiana) this doesn't pass the smell test.
It smells really fishy all the way up here in New York. If my state treated my vote with such contempt in a system devoid of transparency, I would be up in arms. Gather some friends and call your local media. There has to be a story in this. Just over 1/2 of you delegates were decided in this fashion.
Your election process is a sham . It should be very transparent , open, and understandable to the masses. Let's face it- most voters ain't that bright. What is worse is that most folks who can vote- choose not to - and how can you blame them if they can not figure out if their vote will help or hurt their candidate.
Fix your state's election process before you lose all your freedoms.

In district one it was similar, only the Ron Paul people were much more organized on the ground.
The people working seemed absolutely CLUELESS about everything... encouraging me to basically "follow the leaders" (all the politicians milling about like locusts with their staff pushing their own material and "Win one for the Gipper" lists into people's hands?)
We'd driven 50 miles to go vote, and I wasn't about to NOT vote. This is too important!
Some of the non-Paul delegates were on the Ronald Reagan "fusion" slate AND others, which has never happened before, so they managed to get extra votes.
I'm starting to think Jindal is as dirty as the rest of them and am very disappointed.

Yes, Louisiana politics are this "dumb assed." Being a native Louisianian, I can say without flinching that it is so. And I don't think "dumb assed" counts are cursing. An ass is simply a dumb, stubborn animal. And refering to Louisiana politics/politicians as such is not superfluous.

The problem is that Ron Paul is not a corrupt puppet of the powers that control our government and the media.
The deck is stacked against us. They don't want the people to decide who our next president will be. Ron Paul was included in the Florida Republican debate last night but if not given any time to speak, he cannot get his message out.
I believe our only option is to run as a third party or independent candidate. If the media had given Ron Paul fair coverage this would not be necessary. I live between Tampa and Orland. All local media here has left out any coverage of Ron Paul as a presidential candidate. I am totally pissed off at what is happening.
I am 53 years old and have never seen a better person running for President. If we don't elect Ron Paul this time, we may never ever have another chance again to elect an honest person to be our president. In the future an honest person will know it is impossible to defeat the powers that run our country.
I believe that Ron Paul's immigration stance is a major reason for the blackout of his campaign. Others say they will fix the mexican invasion but I suspect nothing will be done because of the quest to drive down wages and divide the masses for conquest to create a police state.
It's only obvious that there is a lot more going on here than just a little voter manipulation and censorship.. To many people are involved. This reeks of corruption! Who's the Kingpin with all the power here?.... (Cheney)? Smells to me like large amounts of money are at stake and somebody is willing to do what ever it takes to stop Dr. Paul from becoming President. Somebody does not want this war to end.... most likely because of money.
Little by little the U.S. is being stolen from the American people. We are loosing all our rights, our Constitution and now our ability to have free elections. "We" have to get to the bottom of this before they squeeze our only hope as a free country (Ron Paul) out of the election process. Countries ruled by dictators have less corrupt elections that this sham they are trying to push off on us.
Isn't there any legal body in this country (that hasn't been bought).....that will investigate this. If so....why hasn't it happened yet ?
My biggest concern at this point is Ron Paul's security. History shows, that standing up against big money corruption in this country can cost you your life.
Ron Paul MUST win !
Vote Ron Paul 08".
How are we expected to trust any of the candidates that won't stand up against this?
I don't know how "we" are going to make this happen, but we must
After writing the above post.....I continued reading other Nolan Chart articles and came across this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGVhePKVWzk
How come this was not covered by any of the U.S. news agencies?
Even if by chance this information is false, which I doubt..I don't recall ever seeing anything about it. This is a major, World changing event by a reliable source...and yet the New World Order has censored it from the American publics view. WHY?
There is something going on here folks !
Make our government respond to this information.... even if they lie about it or try to cover it up as a nonsense. We deserve to at least hear about it.

All I can say is, you're a fool for not casting your vote! What kind of logic thinks that it's better if I don't vote than if I vote for Dr. Paul. What the hell were you thinking? That just doesn't make any sense at all!
It’s been quite a few days now and still no official word on the caucus results. There are a few reasons for this and for anyone who still is interested I’ll try and explain why.
The easy part is the provisional ballots. The date to register as a Republican was Nov 29th. but the LOGOP only used a list that included people who had registered as of the 1st. So all the supports who Registered between the 1st and 29th had to cast provisional ballots. It is presumed that most of these were Ron Paul supporters. Furthermore, some of the delegates for Ron Paul were also forced to cast Provisional votes. None of the Provisional votes have been released that I know of. This is one of the official reasons for the delay.
The second reason is a little more complicated. It goes something like this. When you vote in their caucus it is not for your candidate of choice but for a delegate. These delegates then go on to vote for delegates later at the state level. Depending on whether the later primary has a consensus their vote will either determine 20 or 42 delegates who will go to the national convention. Most likely no candidate will get enough votes in the later primary to garner the 51% needed for a consensus. Therefore, the caucus delegates will determine 42 delegates not 20.
Now I’ll back up a little. When you go to the caucus to vote you are voting for a delegate as a said. However, you are supposed to know which delegate to vote for because the candidates’ name and picture is on a piece of paper or ticket. This ticket included the names of the candidates delegates and a little info on each candidate. The combination of the candidate and his delegates is called a slate.
In this caucus for the first time and most likely last time delegates where actually allowed to be on more than one slate. This came about with the Ronald and Nancy Reagan slate that was titled pro-life pro-familly. The Reagan slate included delegates for Giuliani , Huckabee and McCain. However, most of the people who voted for the delegates on the Reagan slate did not know that the same delegates were also on the slate for Guilioni, Huckabee, and McCain. They thought they were voting for delegates who where uncommitted or basically none of the above.
So this is the situation we have now. The most votes were cast for the Reagan/uncommitted/none of the above. However, sense McCain had the same exact delegates (same persons) on two different slates some of these delegates got enough votes to go to the state and cast their vote. But who are they supposed to vote for McCain or Reagan? No one knows however, because they were on McCain's slate they have unofficially declare McCain the winner because more of his delegates have received enough votes to go on to the state and cast a vote for an actual candidate. But, his delegates aren't really his if more people voted for the Reagan slate than the McCain slate. All delegates are uncommitted and can vote for who they please, but most vote for the candidate that put them on the slate. As I stated earlier this is the first time that Louisiana has allowed delegates to be placed on two different slates. I suspect it will be the last considering the confusion.
So, in a nutshell this is where we are. Most likely Ron Paul got the most votes that where actually cast for a candidate. Reagan got the most votes cast for a slate. And McCain got the most delegates of any candidate because his delegates received votes from people voting for his and Reagan's slate.
If anyone is interested or is still confused just ask and I'll try and confuse you (I mean clarify) this a little more.
Ron Paul for President 2008!
Peace, Brad Smith
Ps. please feel free to send this around anywhere or correct anything I may have missed.

I have called Senator Vitter and left a scathing, but non-profane, message demanding an answer to why 5 days after a caucus where your state says only 10,000 people participate is there no official result.
I asked the following questions,
What is the Pro-life, Pro-Family slate and when did they register to be on the ballot?
Why did you not count votes of people who registered as Republicans between November 1st and November 30th?
Why did you extend the delegate filing date from January 10th to January 12th?
How corrupt is your state?
I also contacted, Tim Morris, the political editor for the Times-Picayune and left a message on why there is no coverage.
I called the Lousiana GOP on Friday and they said they would have official results by that afternoon...LIE.
Anyone else, like to make some noise. I live in WA state.
Republican Senator David Vitter of Louisiana - (202) 224-4623
Tim Morris, political editor, Times-Picayune - (504) 826-3352
Louisiana GOP -(225) 928-2998
Let's put some pressure on these good ol' boys.
