This Nation Turns from Fascism back to Freedom if Ron Paul is elected

Ron Paul promises a change back into the direction of liberty and freedom that founded this nation. The other candidates only promise more of the same move towards fascism.

I am sure that many are sick of some politicians telling Americans that they have a plan and all they need is our obedient compliance and our hard earned money to execute it. That kind of thinking was the first step for this nation from freedom towards fascism.

I for one have my own plans and I am sure most other folks have their own plans and we would like to keep the fruits of our labor to fulfill our dreams and goals and we are not much interested in electing some strange do gooder with a plan that wants to use our blood and treasure in some far off land.

Are you as tired as I am of trying to explain it to some clueless obedient statist idiot that thinks that taxes take money from the rich and give it to the poor and that is somehow a good thing and progressive thinking.

On this Ron Paul and I certainly agree and we have another word for it and it is not progressive it is theft. It is stealing when government or any other common thief through a coercive threat of force takes money from someone. I am sure every thief has a plan for your money just like government does. The difference is that the government is a legalized thief.

A good example is the so called war on terror. Most modern military strategists will tell you that in Iraq and Afghanistan with a poorly defined enemy and no clear battle lines being drawn and no end in site this occupation is a display of piss poor military strategy from the get go.

Terrorist are stateless actors with a very loosely defined network. They are not a conventional military target but instead a special police, and special ops target. It is a real strategic blunder if ending the treat of terrorism was truly the goal that we should occupy an Arab country and then try to fight an asymmetric threat with our conventional forces.

This current administration seems to have no exit strategy but to try and subdue all violence in these nations until all of them are obedient to this administration's will to take over their nations oil reserves. Has there been a more naked aggression attempted in modern history that compares to this?

The war in Iraq is and was from the start poorly justified. It was not for terrorism in fact that is clear. The real reason was to secure for American companies contracts for oil resource exploitation that had already been secured by European and Asian nations.

This administration just swooped in and took over these countries even though the available oil reserve contracts for that region were already sold mostly to French, German, and Asian interests. The Caspian oil pipeline efforts that were blocked by the Taliban were certainly on the table long before 9-11 the record is clear on that.

Thus these European and Asian nations resisted our rouge administration in their corporatist neocon efforts to subvert the Iraq oil supply and cut an oil pipeline through Afghanistan since it was not in these nations best strategic and financial interest. Why should they assist the neocons in raping nations that they were already happy just to do conventional business with, and did not need the use any kind of force applied or even threatened.

There is just no damn excuse for this kind of behavior and everyone with a soul should be able to feel that it is wrong what they and by proxy we are forced to be involved with. It is just a terrible situation we find ourselves in and I am just hoping that enough will get to hear Paul's message and his reasoning on this issue that they will take this to heart.

This recent administration has shown that they do not act in the best interest of the American people or our traditions of liberty, freedom, peace, and the rule of law.

I had never seen a free speech zone before this administration. I grew up thinking that in America with our first amendment right we are living in a free speech zone. It is un-American to say the least.

They want to keep any signs of public outcry against the policies of this administration from reaching the President. In that effort they cordon off the route that the man takes anywhere in the world he travels and erect a so called free speech zone out of his majesty's view. Have you ever heard of anything so pathetic or sad in your life?

We are surely living in the darkest hour for liberty in America's recent history. The hope for America theme of Dr. Ron Paul could not be more timely or more in need in this nation at this time.

I am hopeful that many people are truly waking up to the situation and enough of us can get politically inspired enough to see a real change. I would like to see the change of course in the direction of this nation that this great man has charted for our return to a free constitutional Republic.

Secret prisons, torture, denial of Habeas Corpus, The un-constitutional patriot act. Sneek and peek warrantless searches. Cameras everywhere, cell phone tracking, the list of big steps towards fascism goes on and on and on.

There will be a huge backlash from this move towards fascism and that is a freedom movement back in the direction of our founders who knew a thing or 2 about dealing with tyrants and gave us great constitutional tools to ensure we get to keep our free Republic.

That is the opportunity that the Ron Paul Revolution has provided for us. It will be a reason and the focus of being for a lot of passionate, intelligent, and resourceful people.

We will need to continue our efforts to go global with this effort so that the American revolution can continue to spread throughout the freedom and liberty starved of the world. In that effort we will be rewarded because the flame of liberty will be spread like a prairie fire and can never be fully extinguished.

I posted this comment on another story as well, but I thought it was appropriate here, so I will post it again. I hope you don't mind...

Tonight, after the New Hampshire primary, I am thoroughly horrified by the ignorance of the American people. How could that many people vote for McCain after what he said? 100 years in Iraq? I am totally disgusted. If the American people knew Ron Paul's platform, his plan to restore our Constitution from its current status as "just a god damned piece of paper", and to secure peace, prosperity, and freedom, I do not believe this could happen. Do all these people, those who voted for McCain and the other pro-war candidates, really want their children, grand children, great grand children, etc. being drafted and killed or mutilated in Iraq and elsewhere? We will have to return to the draft, because not many will volunteer for this murderous mission. Going to war to kill and die for corporate profit? This is a disgrace.

Are people really this stupid, or is it the fault of the corporate-controlled media for ignoring and ridiculing Dr. Paul and his message, as well as hyping the pro-war candidates and this phony "war on terror"? What can we do to get Ron Paul's message of peace, prosperity and freedom out to the ignorant masses? I feel like I'm living in Orwell's 1984 where “war is peace, freedom is slavery and ignorance is strength.” Black is white, up is down, and we are literally teetering on the brink of a fascist police state in America, if we are not already there.

I was listening to a right-wing radio talk show tonight to hear the results of the primary, as I was in my car, and the host of the show said that "we had to take out Saddam Hussein because he had committed genocide by killing over a million of his own people." Well guess what? Now we have killed over a million of them too! I guess it's not called "genocide" when it's the good ole USA out there "spreading freedom and democracy."

Meanwhile, we have obviously lost our freedom and democracy (actually, our Republic) here in America. We are no longer a nation of laws, where each individual has inalienable rights, endowed upon him by the Creator. We are now a nation ruled by ruthless thugs who will do anything to get what they want, which is the New World Order, global fascist dictatorship, where they rule and the rest of us, those who survive anyway, are their slaves. We know that one of their main goals is massive depopulation of the planet. They have said in their writings that they wish to kill the vast majority (80-90%) of the people. This is no secret to anyone who has done his or her homework. The question is, how can we stop them?

Ron Paul is the only one who is brave enough to tell us what we need to hear, and brilliant enough to know what we must do to reverse the direction of America (AKA, the Titanic). While the other candidates are, at best, rearranging the deck chairs, Dr. Paul actually wants to avoid the iceberg. I wish there was a way to bypass the corporate media and make everyone aware that we do have one choice for president that will give us the real change we so desperately need. We have just this one last chance to avoid the disastrous future we are facing. Again I will quote Orwell’s 1984 (it’s hard to avoid at this point, since it is our reality). "If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stomping on a human face -- forever."

We must find a way to get Dr. Paul’s message of peace, freedom and prosperity out to all Americans. It is our only hope.
