Liberty is Fighting Back!
It is all too bad that we have to rely on a completely ignorant voting base to elect our officials. Everyone deserves the right to suffrage, but it was intelligent people who came to these terms by questioning each other's views. Now we all put our future in the hands of a TV and mass media fed culture, who knows nothing of the actual truth, only what is perpetuated through the boob. There are no more democrats, because they would all be up in arms about the loss of civil liberties. There are no more republicans because they would know that abortion, gay marriage and driver's licenses for illegals, are all issues of the state, and have no business on the federal level whatsoever.
These are some dark days, when torture is being practiced by Americans and covered up by the CIA. When civil liberties are being thrown to the wayside, and superfluous protection of the government is being carried out. We have reached the paranoia stage of government. In which the government starts to be so scared of dispute, that it turns in on its own people and quiets good citizens, who mean well.
So the outlook is bleak? Maybe? Maybe not. Maybe this over spending, over taxation, under representation, and overt disregard for human life, will be seen before it leads to our demise. This will only happen if we do not shut up, regardless of what happens we must never be silenced. We must continue to teach others to question government and its motives. We must show how blind support of the government leads to tyranny.
There is hope and it is sustained by Ron Paul and his supporters. History was made on the 16th of December, and it was because people are finally getting fed up with the fleecing of this country and the lies that are carried on by this government. This is a start, maybe one day we will make it back to the Constitution. When people stand together we make a powerful statement. Breaking the record, on the 16th, for the most amount of money raised EVER by ANY candidate in a single day online was a huge statement. It demonstrates the power that we still have, let's not lose it. Let's keep up the good fight, spread the word, do not be afraid of ignorant heckling, they will find out soon enough.
