How many Ron Paul supporters can not afford to max out their potential $2300 limit for donations to the Ron Paul campaign? I would bet quite a few given that the average donation to the Paul campaign has been in the range of $50-$100.
It would be a great end of the year gift to the Ron Paul campaign if everyone of his supporters that wanted to give more would regift any unwanted items they receive for Christmas by selling those items on eBay and using the proceeds of the sale to donate again.
This way those who have maxed their donations to the campaign can easily go on eBay and search in the titles and descriptions for items that have the statement in them included "regifting for Ron Paul" and purchase items that will help those who would like to donate more to obtain the added funds to send to his campaign without dipping into their very tight budgets.
It is a win-win situation. The people who have maxed out their contribution can legitimately contribute more by purchasing unwanted Christmas items from those who have not maxed out their donation limits.
I have seen this with people asking for wedding presents to be donations to the Ron Paul campaign and thought in the same vein this would be an added way to get more funds into the hands of the Ron Paul campaign in the final days of Q4.
