It's Carnaval in Brazil! Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago! Mardi Gras in New Orleans! People are celebrating all over the world! Of course, Washington DC doesn't want to let anyone else get any attention, so in an attempt to steal the show (among other things) they staged their own Karn Evil. On the evening of February 24, 2009 President Obama spoke. It was just like the State of the Union show....I mean Address, but it wasn't. It was something else.
All the festivities have inspired The International Libertarian to try his hand at something new, song writing. Sung to the tune of Emerson, Lake, and Palmer's Karn Evil 9 - 1st Impression, Part 2 it's Obama's Karn Evil Song:
