Silver (chemical symbol Ag from the Latin root argentum, meaning "white" or "shining") is a special element. Of any pure element, it has the highest electrical conductivity. It has the highest thermal conductivity of any metal. As its Latin translation suggests, it can be polished into the highest optical reflectivity of any metal.
Silver has been used by mankind as jewelry, semiconductors, optics, dentistry, in the control rods of nuclear reactors, as a chemical catalyst, as a currency and other uses. In its ionized form, silver is a strong anti-microbial agent. It destroys complexes needed by bacteria to respire, which eventually kills them.
Ancient Phoenicians stored their wine, water and vinegar in silver bottles to keep them from spoiling, and is rumored to be a trade secret in the production of modern fine wines. Sailors of the British empire dropped silver coins into their water on long sea voyages to keep their water free from germs. Hippocrates, the Greek father of medicine, wrote of silver's properties in healing wounds and anti-disease. Silverware uses the white metal as no germs will stay alive on its surface (given enough time), unlike wood or stainless steel. Later replaced by antibiotics, silver's functions as a germicide and antiviral are not fully understood. (photo)
Now, apparently, per the USPTO and Dr. Marvin Antelman, silver is also the cure for AIDS. In patent number 5,676,977 titled "Method of Curing AIDS with Tetrasilver Tetroxide Crystal Molecular Devices":
"The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal tetrasilver tetroxide [four atoms of silver and 4 atoms of oxygen] is utilized for destroying the AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans. A single intravenous injection of the devices is all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human blood. The device molecular crystal contains two mono and two trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM. When administered into the bloodstream, the device electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties which chelate and bind active sites of the entities destroying them. The devices are completely non-toxic."
So in plain English, this silver doohickey fries AIDS. This patent was filed in 1996. Dr. Antelman lists therein two examples where several test subjects in Honduras in late stages of AIDS all had the virus destroyed by the Tetrasil/Imusil treatment, although several still died from the damage from the diseases that the AIDS virus allowed to evolve. I encourage the reader to research this even further; I have not contracted HIV or AIDS yet, and none of my friends have yet either to my knowledge, so the level of interest in my pea-sized brain kind of wanes after propagating this information, although of course I first bought more physical silver. I will say that I have searched the internet for evidence that this patent or treatment is some kind of fraud. I have not been able to locate anything, but certainly there must be something screwy as it would seem the mainstream media should have reported on this. Well, they missed the Bush Impeachment hearings earlier this year, the start of the Pakistan war, a Maryland city mayor having his home invaded and his dogs shot (until outrage spiked their interest over a week or so later), Iraq war veterans protesting, then getting attacked by police horses (one veteran literally had his face stomped in) at the third McBama presidential debate, that all American banks are totally and helplessly bankrupt, the Iraq government demanding that all American troops leave by 2011, et cetera. That said, I think it is worth mentioning that Dr. Boyd Graves, of www.boydgraves.com, has claimed that there is something called the US Special Virus Project of 1971 which resulted in the US government creating the AIDS virus and setting it loose amidst the homosexuals of San Franscisco and in Africa simultaneously, and that the US government is committing genocide in Africa so all the resources can be stolen, blah, blah, blah. He sums up his case in this 40-minute video, but after searching for evidence, I conclude that this is most likely nonsense. You can check it out and decide for yourself if you like. It is interesting, though, that his research found a 1984 patent # 4,647,773 from Dr. Robert Gallo, filed on behalf of the US government, that gives the US government the right to mass produce HIV, but I assume this is for anti-AIDS research. Graves does bring up an interesting point, which is perhaps we should all take a closer look at this curing-AIDS-silver-doohickey-thing. I should mention that a key reason for my belief that Boyd's claims are false is that for the privilege of viewing his key piece of evidence, a "virus flowchart," you have to pay a $10 fee.
Unfortunately, that's where my concentration snaps like a twig back to Honest Money. You see, I used my last $10 bill with the aristocratic, central bank-loving face of Alexander Hamilton to buy myself another troy ounce of silver instead. "In God We Trust"? No way! If I ever get a chance to mint a silver or gold coin, it will say, "Trust Your Self!" So please do me a favor and decide for yourself!
Good riddance to central banking, and hopefully good riddance to AIDS as well. We simply do not need them anymore. Looks like silver can help do both!

FYI one reader sent in the following link that says this medicine is no good. However, I don't think it is solid enough to sway me one way or the other. This AIDS specialist notes people died from using the drug, but the fact of the matter is that Antelman claimed the AIDS virus was killed, but the damage from other diseases killed them, since his patients were already exhibiting wasting. Still worth a look.

Sorry, this is bunk.
Nobody dies of "HIV." AIDS is just an indication of advanced immuno-deficiency caused by the HIV virus. It is diagnosed when the T-cell count falls to a certain level.
EVERYONE who "dies of AIDS" dies from "damage from other diseases," not from HIV itself. All HIV does is destroy the immune system -- death comes due to various "opportunistic infections" that eventually kill due to the lack of a standard immune system to fight off the infections.

You are certainly right that AIDS/HIV dont do the actual killing.
But your point is kind of moot - my question is whether this silver doohickey can kill the virus. Then if its taken early enough, this would be a "cure for AIDS"
A couple sites sent in via email. One is on colloidal silver, and the other a testimony to it. Just sharing this info, dont kill the messenger, but maybe not a bad idea to break out the sterling silverware :)

My two cents.
I from personal experience use Coloidal Silver when I get cold symptoms and it is amazing for only 10ppm. It is great for building up the immune system and though it may not cure HIV/Aids it would definitly help in fighting off infections.
As far as "the goverment did" it theory.
I once heard an ex CIA operative giving a lecture and he said that the US Government was responsible for world wide use of LSD because they tested it on people to see if they could immoalize cities with it. They tried it out on tribes in Africa and on people in NY's Grenich (?) Village and SF's Haight Ashberry. The problem there was the people liked it.
He also said the government was responsible for the Swine Flew. They paniced when it killed Americans and they had to come up with a vaccine in a hurry and didn't get a chance to test it. The Vaccine killed people too.
Then one of the students asked if the US Government was responsible for the Aids Virus and he said he wasn't absolutly sure. However, it was first detected in Africa, NY and SF. 1971 was also the time that people started "coming-out" about homosexuallity and Gay Rights. Draw your own conclussion.
What I learned from that lecture was that the US Government has no problem using people to test "Stuff", even if it ends up killing them.
That lecture and reported 9/11 evidence that seems plausible to me, is why I will always have suspitions about our governments involvement in 9/11.
If it wasn't for 9/11....

You are mistaken about Silver being more electrically conductive than other elements. Gold is more electrically conductive than silver is conductive.

Gold 22.14
Copper 16.78
Lowest resistance=higher conductivity, so silver is the highest, then copper, then gold. Thats the right order anyways!! Terryeo, wheres your data coming from?

Some more convincing trials should be conducted by renowned chemists,scientists and medical doctors. It is a scandle of the last sort if it is proven true that the H.I.V. virus was manufactured by the Americans. they should find a way of solving the problem they created that is.
