Barack O'Bama has brought us hope, but it is up to us to do the rest.
Let's go ahead and talk about race. Let's talk about the N word. Let's talk about "fags". I think that the "New America" we hear about needs to embrace open discussion.
The old way of doing things was to keep silent or as Bill O'Reilly would put it "it's our duty as Americans to Shut Up". Let's not shut up anymore.
The secretive world of "Intelligence gathering" and keeping hush belongs solely to the group that is currently licking their wounds. They thrive on fear mongering, division, spying and most of all- making up their own version of reality.
It's time for all of them to deal WITH reality. We need to stop being peaceful pacifists and being nice. It's time to bring everything out into the open. Naked and raw so we can see how ugly it is. We can smell the stench of bigotry and division. The foul odor of greed and power. Let's take a deep breath and see the true colors. This is how we can make sure that Barack O'Bama's victory REALLY means something. He's the figurehead. It's up to all of us to get on board.
I believe that the real victory was for all of mankind and yes, especially for African Americans, but also for Asians, Europeans, Pakistanis and Indians, Native Americans- that should be our next president- and the entire world. There is a global elite infrastructure of bankers and powerful families that have played us like a deck of cards for a very long time. It's time to let them know that the game is over because "WE THE PEOPLE" have spoken and we will be heard and we will no longer tolerate the divisiveness and hatred, war and poverty, unnecessary suffering, enslavement to the monetary system and fear mongering that we witnessed on 9/11. And although the monetary system has its merits- it keeps us busy, it provides opportunity to those who work hard- I find some merit in Jacque Fresco's premise that it is the willpower of mankind and resources that build roads and cities. And there is no shortage of able and willing souls and there is enough cement and there is enough bread to feed everyone and there are enough doctors to treat everyone.
Let's talk about all of these things and let us never again live in fear and silence for that is the way of fascism and I believe that the great victory lies in the fact that we have taken a small step in the right direction and we will never turn back.

The onlyhope that I see out of the Obama election is hope that liberals and neoconservatives will finally see the bill of lies they were sold. Neocons saw it through Bush and now the liberals will see it through Obama.
Obama is already backing off of many of the wonderful promises he made to the public who were dupped into believing change will come.
Obama has hired many war-hawks into his administration. Looks like Iraq will continue against what was promised by Obama.
Drug laws will continue. Just look at who Obama is appointing to AG and let's see if Obama's statement that, "Drug laws are a waste of enforcement resources" will be followed. Based on his AG pick, I think not.
How about giving everyone free money from the rich through tazation. Looks like that is not coming through.
I hope the liberals see the lies for what they are. Many neocons can now see through the lies of Bush and those who did not will be passing away within the next two decades anyway.
I just hope we haqve enough true conservatives to push.
