It's true that Obama's a star
but Joe Biden is pure CFR,
__ and while Palin is cool,
__ John McCain is a fool.
It's time for real change. Vote Bob Barr.

No surprise there. I endorsed Barr back in May, as soon as he declared, and have seen no real reason to change that. If anything, I thought his campaign improved as time went on.
So I still endorse Bob Barr.
Barr is on the ballot in 45 states (plus Guam), with write-in status in Maine and the District of Columbia. That leaves four states for which another candidate has to be chosen.
-
In Connecticut Ralph Nader has ballot access, while Baldwin has write-in status. Barr has neither. .
At least one Connecticut Baldwin elector has offered to vote for Barr as VP should Baldwin carry the sate. On the other hand, the Nader campaign has been of somewhat more actual assistance to the Libertarian Party here, the New Haven Advocate reporting in August:
In a rare show of third party unity, the campaigns of Nader, Libertarian Bob Barr and the Green Party's Cynthia McKinney, the last two former Congress members, are joining forces across state lines to overcome ballot access rules designed to keep minor party candidates out. The camps are sharing workers, swapping petitions and urging voters to sign up for another third party candidate along with their own. They've teamed up in Maine, West Virginia, Hawaii, Pennsylvania and now ConnecticutIn the same spirit of unity, I am encouraging Libertarians in Connecticut to vote for Ralph Nader.
-
In Louisiana, too, Bob Barr did not make the ballot.
But Ron Paul did.
So it's no contest in Louisiana: I endorse Ron Paul.
-
Oklahoma is generally conceded to be the hardest state for a minor party to qualify, which explains why only McCain and Obama are on the ballot.
I would urge Libertarians in the state to protest against being denied their choice of candidate by voting None of the Above.
-
West Virgina is a land of Bible-clingin' Republicans and Blue Dog Democrats -- Mike Huckabee won the GOP state convention, while Hillary Clinton crushed Obama in the Democratic primary. So, while Chuck Baldwin's views do not match mine all that well, I think he is a remarkably good match for the voters of that state. I was looking for a suitable state to endorse him, and here it is. So in West Virginia, I endorse Chuck Baldwin.
