Dear Reader –

After reading the first two parts in this series, I want to make known to you the opportunity to sign a petition in support of the Hempstead 15.  As one of my friends, (who is pro-war) a Marine rightly stated: "They have earned the right to protest whether one agrees or not."

We, the undersigned, denounce and condemn the violent actions and gross misconduct of the Nassau County Police Department in Hempstead, Long Island. Specifically, we are citing the unprovoked attack unleashed upon a member of "Iraq Veterans Against the War," who was acting within the first amendment right to "peacefully assemble" on the evening of October 15, 2008 at Hofstra University, the site of the last presidential debate.

question man just questionsIraq War Veteran Nick Morgan was peaceably standing on the sidewalk when he was unmercifully and unlawfully trampled by a Nassau County Police Department horse mounted by a Police Officer who provoked the horse to spin against the crowd on the sidewalk, thereby knocking down and stepping on the Iraq Veteran which action nearly killed him. He sustained a crushing blow to his head when the horse trampled his face, breaking his cheek bone in three places, his "orbital" (eye socket) was shattered, thus leaving his eye dangerously close to sinking into his sinus cavity over time without proper surgery.

People of conscience cannot and will not sit by and allow members of any police force who are here to protect and serve behave like criminals themselves.

Therefore, we demand justice for Nick Morgan. All charges against him must be dropped immediately, and a public apology be given by not only the Nassau County Police Department but the Mayor of Hempstead.

We will not tolerate these violent actions being inflicted upon anyone, especially a veteran who honorably served his Country.

Police State Stomps on Iraq Veteran's Face as McBama Sanctions Attack on Freedom of Speech: The Story of the Hempstead 15 (Part 1/3)
Published: October 25, 2008
What? Yet another event the media completely missed? After multiple attempts to engage McBama to answer their questions, the Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) led a peaceful march on the last McCain-Obama Presidential Debate and were met with 30 mounted police and a horde of others in riot gear. The mounted police stamped on an Iraq war veteran's face and attacked the crowd. Ron Paul supporter and veteran Adam Kokesh was arrested as well.

The response from the McBama duos on the tragic events outside their final presidential debate as a police horse stomped on an Iraq war veteran's face and attacked the crowd. I also review the origins of free speech as I see it, share Ron Paul's thoughts on police states, and what Iraq is really like.

US Soldier 2008 Body Count in Afghanistan Sets All-Time High
Published: October 5, 2008
Imagine you are in a room, alone with 20 American soldiers for one day. At sunset, all their bodies thud to the floor, stone dead. At dawn, 20 more enter the room and again die at sunset. It repeats every day for 7 years. It will repeat tomorrow. This is what I know of their story, their sad statistics.

Dear Jake,

Maybe we should talk to Walt about adding an HYSTERIA indicator to the political leanings that are disclosed by those who post articles on this website.  I'm SURE that we could use YOU as the most extreme ~ which I would call the most GULLIBLE.  At the other extreme, we would have a PUMPKIN ~ which I would call the LEAST GULLIBLE.

Hmmmmmmm.  Not really a bad idea.

Dear Mister C -

For someone who loves to exercise their liberty of free speech, you sure seem intent on not protecting or respecting it in others.

The fact that a young Iraq war veteran got his face stamped upon by a policeman's horse is the truth and you can watch the videos in Part 1 to prove it.

Also, to be called the most "extreme" by someone like yourself I take as a compliment.  Thank you very much.

Jake

Jake,

I thought you would enjoy being designated as the MOST EXTREMELY GULLIBLE person on this website.  That's why I gave the designation to YOU.

People have things happen to them ALL THE TIME that we might feel are unfair or unnecessary or excessive.  Ask ANY black person, and you'll find out how they feel when the cops pull them over for DRIVING WHILE BLACK.

But, that doesn't mean that Armaggedon is here, or that we've got police out of control.  That's HYSTERIA.  I'm just trying to tell you that you're whistling up your own rear end.  REAL PEOPLE don't believe it at all.  So your hysterical calls of a police state and the suppression of your rights are just ... well ~ as I said to you in one of your previous articles ~ just out in the weeds somewhere.

You don't need to scream HYSTERICALLY just to get attention.  That's what babies do.

Did you really just write that?  I must say, Master C, you have been the source of many of the funniest dripping ironies that I have seen in quite a while these past few weeks.  But for you to accuse someone else of being hyserical in a hysterical raving writing style is just cherry.

Master C,

There is nothing that even fits the term hysterical in this article except your post underneath it. Do you know how to type without the caps lock button?

Hey Master C,

Let me take the moniker as hysterical and extreme. And then I will show a you a proper Marine Corps boot stomp. Violence is always the answer.

Since you seem to belittle the author and not politely discuss the topic, you have shown yourself as a snarky, sophmoric, panty waste that couldn't stand up to the scrutiny of a the Cub Scouts uniform inspection.

I disagree with Jake sometimes but we still keep it above belt. If you cannot conduct yourself in a mature fashion please go back to Myspace and continue to troll for teenagers.

I thought liberals were anti-war....how could a liberal mock an article condemning action against war protesters?

I guess liberals aren't really anti-war after all...
